Traditional Hatha Yoga at Home
Given the uncertain times the world is living right now, practising yoga is the best way to stay active and healthy, improve your immunity, and keep a balanced mind.
Staying true to the tradition of yoga you will be practising classical hatha yoga with the care and attention of great teachers. The classes are open to beginners (with some previous practice) and intermediate practitioners. Fees and registration
Rs. 2000 per month for unlimited access to all classes (Monday to Friday)
Classes taught online via Zoom. You need a mobile phone, tablet or laptop with good internet connectivity. The ideal audio setup is to have an external speaker, rather than the built-in speaker in your laptop or mobile device.
About the teacher
The classes are taught by Pooja Chaturvedi, certified teacher with the International Sivananda Yoga Organization. She is a highly qualified and experienced teacher of yoga and meditation. Learn more about her here
